I needed to have my main sewer line replaced and was quoted between $21k - $25k from bigger name companies. This is an A+ business. Without going into detail for the sake of leaving a pointed and accurate review, there was a discrepancy about the status of our sewer line. When I reached out to Frank, we discussed it and much to my immediate pleasure, he absolutely agreed that he was responsible for the work. There was no argument and no back-and-forth. Charlie was a powerhouse under Frank’s leadership, drilling the holes so that the drainage could occur without flooding our basement, using modern camera and scope technology to find the problem, and even giving suggestions to protect our home as we move ahead. Worth the money to go with a local company that gets the job done with care and expertise.

Every plumber I called they want to first provided a diagnostic camera inspection before quoting the job, doesn't matter if the plumber can get a visual or not because of tree root blockage or if he/she takes 1min to do the work, they will still charge you for this service. Franks pricing was reasonable compared to competitors. I hired Frank for a full sewer line replacement. I called him on a Sunday evening, he responded on the first call and was very attentive on the call. He came out to the property on Monday and began work on Tuesday. Frank pulled the necessary DOB permits and he supplied photos and videos while I went to work and maintain clear communication throughout the project. Frank's suggestions for the new installations show how helpful and good faith he has for his clients. He supervised his crew closely to ensure all work met code requirements. We liked his work so much we had him install a sump pump for us. He is reliable, transparent with pricing, and consistently available to address questions or concerns. The quality and finish of the work were excellent. He also teaches you how to do maintenance on the work he just did.
